Lessons and enrolment
Lessons are provided online. Before learning begins, we confirm the learner, course, fee, schedule, and online service with the family.
Fees and payment
Fees are clearly confirmed in advance according to the course level and support provided. There are no enrolment, facility, renewal, or digital-material fees. Families cover only their own printing costs when needed. Payment method and timing are agreed individually and recorded at enrolment.
Absence and rescheduling
Please contact us as soon as you know a learner will be absent. Rescheduling is discussed individually according to availability and circumstances. We respond flexibly to sudden illness and emergencies.
Pausing or leaving
Please contact us before the next lesson schedule is arranged if you wish to pause or leave. Fees for lessons already delivered are non-refundable. Future lessons and payments are confirmed according to the family’s situation.
Homework and learning reports
Homework is assigned when helpful. After lessons, families receive a learning report covering the focus, participation, progress, next homework, and messages between the educator and family.
Materials and copyright
Materials are for the enrolled learner’s personal study. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, posted publicly, sold, or used commercially without permission.
Recording and personal information
Lessons are recorded or photographed only with prior agreement from both sides. Personal information and learning records are used only as needed to provide lessons and communicate with families.
Scope of support
COCORO provides educational and learning support. It is not a substitute for medical care or psychological treatment. If specialist support may be needed, we discuss this with the family.
